Dr. Scaffidi is great!! I recommend him to anyone like me who struggle with their weight and health. Since I started the program I have lost more weight that I've done in years. And I feel great my BP is under control. Feeling awesome. Thanks to them!!!

He has been my dr since i was 16 delivered 3 out of my 4 kids and has always been very dedicated and proffesional.

I can honestly say this whole idea program system has changed my life. I tried it a while back and lost 30 lbs in less than 3 months. I had to stop for a while for other reasons. My mom lost 50 in her 1st 3 months . The most ive seen is one of my kids friends this young man went from 350 to 225 hes alomst 6' and he has kept it off for 2 years now. Many people say there are so many diets and programs and not everything works for everybody but this does. No matter health problems . Dr. Scaffidi and Karen are truely awesome he delivered all 3 of my children now hes making a difference in my life. I give his number out at least once a week.

I'm very happy with the results I've reached so far, I feel very motivated to keep going to reach my goal!! Thank you so much Dr. Scaffidi and to your wonderful staff.

Is their a support group for everyone doing this whole new life change , that would be nice so everyone can share their stories and success stories

I love it I started September 21 I met the doctor and started every thing September 22 2015 and all ready I see a very big difference I am very happy with the progress and with the program and I want to say thank you and I can't wait to reach my goal
