Amazing staff is friendly

I have been visiting the Easton, now Bethlehem office since December for weight loss and gynecology. I am honestly surprised by the negative comments I see as my experience has been the total opposite. My appointments are NEVER delayed and my temperature is ALWAYS checked when I sign in. The office is never crowded with people and there is social distance Mind you, Ive had more than 5 appointments with them since December. The only thing I can say they can improve is answering the phone. But if they dont answer give it a couple of minutes and call again, that's typically what I do and I am always able to connect with one of the girls. For weight loss, the PA is the sweetest and the girls(at least for what I know in the Bethlehem office) are the greatest .I have had successful weight loss with them and never spend more than 1 hour in the office and my appointment are not delayed.. I had my IUD inserted by Dr. Scaffidi last month, and it was soooo fast less than 5 min, and painless. My first iud insertion back in 2018 was VERY painful and lasted about 15 minutes. I dont plan on changing them as I have had a great experience thus far. As someone who has visited the office more than once or twice, I would recommend them.

I have recently returned to your offices; I had lost my job because of COVID and caused me to lose my insurance. But, all of the staff that was there, they are lovely, working professionals, and kind individuals. They have made me believe that I can get back on track with my weight loss journey. COVID had caused me to gain 32 pounds and I am extremely disappointed with myself but your staff have only been the upmost encouraging and Supportive to me. I would like to give your office a 20-star rating because they are just super people

I started going to the Allentown office back in August of 2020. I was working out and eating healthy, (so I thought), and to my surprise I was not eating enough, and was not eating healthy as I thought. My metabolism also had nose dived....as I am starting menopause at 46. It is now January of 2021 and I am 50 pounds lighter and am in the best shape of my life!!! The staff are amazing and Dr. Scaffidi is a God send! I was steered in the right direction and now it is not a chore...but a lifestyle and it is definitely one I can maintain!!!

I really appreciate Dr. Scaffidi and his team. Last year I lost over 40 lbs with his help over a period of 6 months. Even though I moved, I can’t wait to come back!

Thank you to Dr. Ailawadi & Dr. Scaffidi! Amazing service and friendly staff. Extremly statisfied with the Gastric Sleeve down 37lbs since my surgery in late September and getting closer to reaching my goal. I definitely recommend them.

Had my first appointment today! Him and his staff where all amazing! I’m so excited to start my weight loss journey with them!

I came to him with several health issues. He was kind, patient, and he treated each and every issue. He even called me at home after hours. If I wasn't married I'd make a play for him!😄
