Highly recommend - I have been doing this since mid-August and have lost 27 pounds so far (in 7 weeks). Taking meds has its pros/ cons - each person is different. They are working for me. I also cut soda and rice completely and only eat wheat bread once in a VERY blue moon..... Saturday breakfast buffets are also history... But its all well worth it......thank you to Dr. Scaffidi and staff. I was very skeptical and hesitant to do this but I am very glad I did.....

I've lost 20 pounds in a month and 2 weeks and i can't wait to loose 20 more, my next appointment it's in a few weeks. I highly recommend this doctor to all my friends.
